## On the Map

## The Story

Vibe Sawdust floors, mounted heads on the wall, an old upright piano, and staff in period dress. Feels like walking into 1876.

James Butler 'Wild Bill' Hickok was shot in the back of the head at a poker table in Deadwood on August 2, 1876. Saloon No. 10 stands as the enshrined memorial to that moment — the chair he was sitting in hangs on the wall, and the Dead Man's Hand shooting is reenacted four times a day during summer.

## Known For

01

The Wild Bill Hickok shooting reenactment (4x daily in summer)

02

The original chair on the wall

03

Deadwood Alive Old West gunfights out front

04

### Drinks

Deep whiskey and bourbon list, cold beer, and a solid old-fashioned.

### Food

Deadwood Social Club upstairs — full sit-down restaurant with steaks, pasta, and a real wine list.

### Music

Live piano and small acoustic acts most nights.
