The permanent home of Sturgis Rally history. Two floors of legendary bikes, rare photographs, and the Motorcycle Hall of Fame on the corner of Main & Junction — the exact spot every rider walks past during Rally.
Founded in 2001, the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame preserves the century of racing, engineering and road-tripping culture that turned a small South Dakota town into the biggest motorcycle rally in the world.
The building itself — the old Sturgis city hall — sits at 999 Main Street, the visual anchor of downtown. Every Rally, new inductees are ceremonially added to the Hall of Fame on the corner outside.
