The evening is built as a full kickoff party: parade lineup at 5 PM, the Sturgis Rally Kickoff Parade at 6 PM, national anthem and opening toast at 7 PM, BIG SKILLET at 8 PM, NEW DAMAGE at 9 PM, and David Lee Roth closing the night starting at 10:30 PM.
