BKFC returns to the Buffalo Chip Amphitheater with a full sanctioned bare-knuckle card on the first Saturday of the 86th Sturgis Rally.
The Bare Knuckle Fighting Championships (BKFC) bring a full sanctioned card to the Buffalo Chip Amphitheater on Saturday, August 8, 2026. It's one of the biggest single-night events of Rally week, and it takes real planning — the fights are a separately ticketed event held inside a ticketed campground.
How to get in: you need TWO things. First, a ticket to the BKFC fight card itself (that's what gets you into the Amphitheater on Saturday night). Second, a Buffalo Chip pass — the Amphitheater sits inside the Chip grounds and gate staff won't let you drive or walk in without one. Confirm on your BKFC purchase whether Chip admission is bundled or sold separately. If it's not bundled, buy a Chip day pass or a full-week camping/concert pass in advance.
Weigh-ins are held Friday, Aug 7 at 7 PM on the Wolfman Jack Stage and are free with Chip admission — a great way to see the fighters up close the night before. The Saturday card runs roughly 6:30 PM to 10 PM, and Megadeth headlines the Wolfman Jack Stage at 10:30 PM right after, so you can stack fight night and a main-stage concert on the same Chip pass.
Plan to arrive early. Parking, gate lines, and Amphitheater seating all fill up fast for BKFC nights — get through the Chip gate at least 60 to 90 minutes before first bell.
